If you opt for a Premium subscription, please note the following points:
- Payment will be made at the time of purchase confirmation via your App Store account
- The premium membership will be automatically extended if you do not switch off the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the premium membership expires
- Your account will be paid within 24 hours before expiration of the premium membership your subscription package for renewal
- You can manage your premium membership in your profile settings and turn auto-renewal on or off
- You can not cancel a current premium membership in the already started term.

It’s a good app, but the reset button doesn’t work properly and the streak feature also fails to break if you miss a day, which makes the feature somewhat meaningless. Then trying to get a hold of someone to speak to is insanely difficult, so you’re left waiting for an answer that can take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours. Very frustrating.
Edit: Customer service is very poor - it seems that there is only one person behind the Fastic support email and they rarely if ever respond. I have a minor issue, I contacted them a few days ago, and other than telling me they would look into the bug, I haven’t heard anything. Very very frustrating, especially considering how expensive this app is!

Depuis j’ai fait des recherches interminables pour savoir comment annuler cet achat. Je ne reçois que des réponses avec des mails automatiques qui ne donnent aucune info concernant le remboursement.!!!
Misleading
Gangsters….first a lot of personal info has to given, then comes the weekly ‘surprice’. Not even the free option to see what it is about for a week or so. Deleted it straight away. Hope

Great for tracking fasts
I really love the basic functionality.
What I do not use is food tracking. To much hassle if you use fresh stuff/real food.
Also water/drinking tracking I don’t like. But the fasting itself is good.
And the knowledge base accessible inside the app is also very good. Overall very satisfied.

Je déconseille cette application, il reste coler a votre calendrier sans que vous puissiez le désactiver !! Attention !

Un moment donner, à peine ouvrir l’application et à chaque fois être harceler par vos offres premium ça devient vraiment lourd, je cherche après une autre application similaire qui me laissera tranquille .
