The app gets limited information about the user, but puts full support based on that. “You are doing great!”, “Torching fat!”, and you open your eyes in ER. For two months, I did not loose a single gram with 18:6 fasting and 1400 calories. It did not work and this type of support is toxic. It is not the only app which does this. It is quite depressing to be honest 😢
Love the app. Only thing keeping me from switching to it is the lack of dark mode.
I’m only going to give this app 3 stars. The fact that I can’t reuse previously added meals killed my interest in using the meal feature. Having to manually enter data each time is not an option. I did it for a bit, but not being able to just select something I’ve added in the past made me stop using that part of the app completely! The “AI take a photo of your food” is garbage and not at all accurate enough. My own tests shows that it sometimes is off by 50% in some or all aspects. This app desperately need an option to save my own meals. If not I’m leaving for another app.
What is happening Fastic??? Not only am I using your app everyday, but also paying for a premium membership that promised no ads and tracking. Today I got a message with from you with literally hundreds of vendors asking for con-scent to use my data!%#$¥ On top of that, I need to scroll down and uncheck EVERY vendor to deny them my data! NO choice to deselect all. And after I have spent 5 minutes to uncheck all, I go in to the settings in the Fastic app to make sure that all are removed. Then I see they are turned back to being checked???? WTF Fastic!?
I really liked the app but after the last update I get asked if I want to chat with the Ai every time I open it. Insanely annoying! You can only say yes or “maybe later” but there’s no option of “don’t ask me again”. And you can’t switch off the ai, at least I haven’t found out how…
Love the app, but the latest update (July 23) messed up the step counter. When logging additional steps, it gives me a random number of steps instead of the step count I enter. Please adress this issue as it is quite irritating.
The app worked for about a month, but now it won’t open and I’m stuck on a white screen. Restarting phone etc has proven pointless.
After reading Fast, Feast, Repeat I found this recommended in the App Store. After just one day of the trial I subscribed for the rest of the year. I love the motivation to keep going and the graphics when I have completed my fast. I wish I could tell it that I clean fast so I didn’t get recommended to drink mango infused water. I also wish that it would read data from my Apple Health app so it didn’t seem like I never walked a step and write data to Apple health so somewhere it knew I was trying. I also wish that it was more encouraging or had suggestions when weight loss is slow going. Two months and pretty pleased.
Loved the app before but the ads are so annoying that it made me remove the app from my phone
I want to say about the app first it is so convenient app searcher to feel with and understandable. and the fast is super fantastic, I got an incredible amount of energy and I had never experienced hunger. Before I started the fast i didn’t drink enough water daily but now i drink 2.75L. I am very satisfied 😁👍
