I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with Faysal Bank's complete lack of action in response to a serious fraud case involving their institution. On 14th December 2024, I was scammed, and funds were transferred to an account within Faysal Bank via TapTap Money Transfer. Despite not being a customer of your bank, I reached out to Faysal Bank immediately, within an hour of the fraudulent transaction. The scammer had two accounts at your bank (that I’m aware of), and I’m sure there could be more. After reporting the fraud to my own bank (UK Bank), TapTap Money Transfer, and Faysal Bank, your team responded two days later when the scammer had already cashed out the funds. Despite providing clear evidence, screenshots, and all the necessary details, your bank repeatedly told me that nothing could be done because I am not your customer. My fraud report was not acknowledged, and no action was taken. This level of negligence and irresponsibility is appalling. It's not just about the money—it's about protecting innocent victims from fraud, which is becoming more widespread in Pakistan. Faysal Bank's refusal to act on a legitimate fraud case makes it clear that you do not prioritize the security of international transactions or the safety of your customers. Allowing a scammer to operate freely with multiple accounts is alarming. I lost 700,000 PKR due to your bank's failure to intervene. This reflects poorly on Faysal Bank's commitment to safeguarding financial transactions. This lack of action will not only harm your reputation but will also deter international customers from trusting your bank. People will think twice before making international transfers to a bank that fails to protect funds from scammers. I urge Faysal Bank to immediately review this case and take action—not just for my benefit, but to set a standard for fraud prevention and customer safety. This is not just a complaint—it’s a call for your bank to act responsibly and protect customers from the growing problem of scams. It’s time Faysal Bank started prioritizing the security of all transactions, not just those of your own customers.

App is crashing whenever I try to explore some new feature. It’s not letting me have some good experience with it. I myself being a successful product manager, suggest you fire you current teams, all of them and hire some highly skilled UI/UX experts, backend & front end developers and a couple of Database experts. They’ll sort out everything the app isn’t providing.

Not all of its features work. We can’t send more than 250k in one go.

Whilst it still has a long way to go before it becomes as user friendly as Meezan’s app it certainly has improved and is making strides.

It took me a little time to understand but once done is easy to use. The best thing about this app is the size of letters and numbers which are a great help to seniors. However one odd thing that I noticed is the use of FPIN and OTP varying in starting phase. You confirm the request to generate FPIN, App states it is generating FPIN and then it states OTP is successfully generated. My question is why two different terms for the same function. Will be glad to learn the reason.

Always Work perfect for me. I am mostly living abroad and have to do some transactions at PK. This app makes my life easier. I am using this app from 2016 with no problems. Good Job Faysal Bank.
