I request everyone not to download this app anyway

It took me a little time to understand but once done is easy to use. The best thing about this app is the size of letters and numbers which are a great help to seniors. However one odd thing that I noticed is the use of FPIN and OTP varying in starting phase. You confirm the request to generate FPIN, App states it is generating FPIN and then it states OTP is successfully generated. My question is why two different terms for the same function. Will be glad to learn the reason.

Worst Bank
Rubbish app, transfered the money thorugh this app and haven’t recieved it still after 3 months. Contacted the customer support 5 times but nobody is willing to help, worst customer support in the whole wide world.I wonder how your bank is still working with this type of unacceptable service.
Your app and banking system are both broken
Here’s what happened.. I registered and app crashed. Thought maybe it was me so tried again. Same things. 3rd time thought maybe account was no registered. Tried failed. Account holder
Truly pathetic
What a pathetic app. Money goes missing when you try to transfer money. They money doesn’t get transferred but leaves your account and gets lost. Once it’s gone it’s gone. Whoever made this can’t even read/write English. They have made blatant spelling mistakes. Laughable really. Apple I suggest you do something about this. How an earth is this approved to be on the App Store???? Update - This is a message to the developers of this app. Seriously you guys need help with this app. With the latest update you took away even more functionality and added even more bugs. Now I can’t even transfer money or add balance to my phone. I don’t think I’ve ever used such a pathetic banking app in my life. Lacking basic functionality and each update is making it worse rather than better.
