Worst customer Service and pathetic app
I wish i could have given this app zero stars! The server is so slow that by the time i recieve my OTP my session expires! I have been teying for days and days and i cant get into this pathetic app! Moreover the digibank online account is another story of how pathetic their service is! I am so disappointed! Calling them is literally a joke! They rush you like anything and do not evn bother to listen to what the peoblem is! Just saying@ apki conplain forward ker di gaye hai” like wth? I am done with this bank!

Most disgusting app I have ever used. There are plenty of IT guys in Pakistan, but I don’t know who designed this fraudulent app which is extremely annoying and complicated to even register your own account

I have tried to register my account on multiple occasions and a message pops up saying registration failed. Very disappointed.
