The whole app is useless
I am trying to transfer funds but it always fails without giving proper reason.
And even giving transaction failed message it charged my account and transaction is not reflected in my statement.
Additionally not only their complaint service is working nor dispute service. And WhatsApp service is like you are talking to some sleepy person who replies after 3 hours.
No option left to reach out to if you are living overseas.

I open an account in fisal bank after confirming call they active my account but I can’t register my self i tried from last 4 days end of this i have to abroad, how i open it there not recommended at all 00000000
App is great but login experience is worst
I open this account just because I could access it overseas but guess what? Its login experience is worst that I cannot even log in now. First it shouldn’t require otp when using biometric. Second its otp is being received when the session is timeout. What else could be worst than this? Now seems useless for overseas people

Faysal Bank a Pathetic Bank
Stop 🛑 read below review if anyone is thinking opening account in Faysal Bank.
I made a big mistake opening a RDA account with faysal bank. A bank transfer takes days to credit money in bene’s account. The bank steals money from customers account by way of so called charges and doesn’t provide the details or satisfactory response upon inquiry. I am still struggling in getting the satisfactory response against multiple charges deducted from my account. Now I’m requesting to close the account which is not being closed despite repeated follow ups.
Works fine
It has worked great for me the only time I faced an issue was when I was overseas and needed OTP via email, it was so delayed so I couldn’t access my account. Other than that it’s a great app
