App requires permission to track your movements 24/7 or it will disable all functions. Your privacy is their price to play! I am very concerned to see this abuse when all I wanted to do was ride a bike! I currently have the app disabled until Fazua addresses the issue
Tried every iteration of BT on / off, reboot, battery on / off and the app never detects the bike.
One moment it works. The next it does not. If you want a reliable app to monitor battery usage etc then do not buy a bike that uses this app. I have been in touch with Fazua. Hopefully, more fixes are on the way. But that does not help me today

Just downloaded this app today. And so far I am very happy with it. Bluetooth connectivity seems to work fine with this version. The app allows me to customize the output for the 3 different power modes. And just as important, the system details screen displays firmware, distance travelled, and most importantly, it displays the number of charging cycles and maximum battery capacity. The app provides more information, like battery health, than the Fazua program running on my computer. All without having to connect the drivepack to my computer using a USB cable. So, if you have a Fazua powered e-bike, I highly recommend getting this app.
App crashes on load so there’s nothing to review.
There are very few features for the Ride 60 platform. Don't expect to see any of bells and whistles like other manufacturers (Specialized, Trek or Bosch). Interesting to note this app was updated 2 months ago and the other Fazua app was updated 2 YEARS ago. Fazua is definitely not a technology company. :(
If you can’t connect to the bike…if the app and the phone can’t see the bike….the app is worthless. Needs a firmware and iOS update. Oh, that would require bluetooth. Luckily you can connect to a computer via USB C. But no updates for the Fazua 60. Companies should not release these half baked pieces of sh.. t and expect their users to suffer through their learning curve. Addendum: Turns out all of the Pivot Shuttles in. North America shipped with the wrong passcode pasted to the bike. The correct code is 123456. With this code I could get into the app and connect to the bike. The app itself is pretty basic. There are other issues with the bike due the fact it shipped with the wrong firmware. 15 mph speed limit, erratic support at low cadence, erratic support for distance ridden through the app. All in all everything seems rushed and sloppy.
This app is worthless. It never connects. I’d expect more from Porsche and the guys in Germany. It’s a key components and it does not work
The Bluetooth connectivity is essentially unusable. On the rare occasions I can achieve a connection (through some alchemy of rebooting the battery, turning Bluetooth on/off) it’s highly unstable. Currently I can only update my drive parameters via USB cable. 8/12/21 update: it looks like the last iteration of their Bluetooth drivers fix3d most of the problems. Connection is still hit or miss at times, but more or less works. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.
