New App My SmartBike, by MAHLE, provides you an enhanced e-bike riding experience by using your smartphone as the interface to your bicycle. Our application is designed to help tune, customize e-bike performance and enjoy your trips. Connect with your e-bike and adjust your preferences, customize motor maps to adapt the MAHLE SmartBike System to your personal necessities, remaining batteries, record your activities, have access to statistics, see bike location and more.

If you need detailed information and a dynamic experience, our web app (www.my-smartbike.com) enables you to analyze the routes in detail and graphically comparing data as elevation, health-related data and exclusive metrics from e-bikes, the tour on maps and share it through third platforms.

App crashed and lost data fixed.?

Contacted by customer service and explained the issue. Have not had any problems since. Customer service contacted me immediately after the problem. Mahle has been very helpful in solving the problem.

Heart Rate link to iPhone stopped working

This feature was working before the iwatch iOS update. Anyone else having this issue?

Update good & bad

I am glad to see the lock option on the app now. But you BROKE the Motor Map settings!! Before it would save my setting from ride to ride. NOW I have to remember to check EVERY ride. Because it resets to custom and custom will NOT keep my preferred custom setting and puts every level at 100%! So now my bike is LESS customizable than it was before!! Please fix this. It would also be nice if the app did not lose connectivity so easily from my bike during activities. 5/3/24 iOS 17.4.1

Just okay

It records rides fine but when it sends info to Strava it always sends the wrong max speed and average speed even though it’s correct in the app. My Apple watch is much better at that. 4/25/24. New app update today and none of the bugs have been fixed. Still sends the wrong speed info to Strava even though it records it correctly. Display still gives wrong max speed, ave speed and even ride distance. They couldn’t even fix the bug where it gives an error code just because the battery is full. My bike shop has swapped out the display and the battery/controller to no avail. Big disappointment.

Cadence?

The app works well and its nice to see how much power assist is added in real time. Since we can see heart rate data it would be great to pair with a Bluetooth Cadence Sensor

Mahle X20 vs Ebikemotion (more!) power/output difference

I’ve had the Ebikemotion Pinerillo Dyodo for 5 years (now with Mahle app) now and love it, although it has considerable drag at all 3 levels when you stop pedaling, of course heavy too. Just purchased an new Oreba Gain custom build with the new X20 system, which I’m very impressed with the improvements…EXCEPT there is a entire level difference in power. I ran Level 2 on the Dyodo majority of time, but on X20 I have to run Level 3 and it’s still not as powerful. What’s the problem here? Will adjusting the Motor Maps Customer Max on all 3 Levels help? Spent over $10,000 on the Gain and it’s almost to hard to do hills with my heart failure issues. Please HELP! Thank you.

Forget it near useless

Worst support of any cycling app ever. Forget your password because Mahle doesn’t recognize your entry? Forget it. Waiting for the reset link In my email for 30 minutes never came. Did it twice. Nothing. Screw Mahle. I’ll use my Garmin Edge to determine battery level.

Battery drain

Wow, this app DEVOURS my iPhone 13 battery.
