Ride through the city quickly and whenever you want with the felyx e-moped sharing app. Open the app, search, reserve and activate the nearest shared e-moped, and off you go!
felyx e-moped sharing is now available in Amsterdam, Brussels, Breda, Den Bosch, Den Haag, Enschede, Groningen, Haarlem, Hilversum, Nijmegen, Rotterdam, Tilburg and Zwolle.
Now as a felyx user, you can use the Cooltra service in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Paris, Milan, Rome, Turin and Lisbon as well as the shared e-bike service in Barcelona and Turin.

• Book : You can reserve an e-moped for free for up to 15 minutes.
• €15 Free: Invite your friends to use felyx and receive €15 free for your next rides. You'll get a €3 discount on each of your next 5 rides just by sharing your personal code. To both enjoy this benefit, the person you invited must also take a ride on our e-mopeds, before you receive the same reward. You have 30 days to use it.
• Pausing mode: Do you want to keep your current e-moped while you stop for a while? Use the pause mode in the app at a reduced price.
• Battery status : Know the amount of battery charge of each vehicle, in the app, before you book it.

Find the closest felyx e-moped in the app and book it with only one click

Start the moped in the app and drive everywhere quickly and easily. We make sure batteries are full and maintenance is taken care of.
4. Park & go
Arrived? Park the e-moped in the service area, according to the local parking rules, and end the rental in the app. No hassle with payment, riding minutes are automatically debited.

How much does felyx cost?
You can check our updated prices before your ride on our app. Do you want to park the e-moped for a while, but keep it for a later use? Use the pausing mode.
Do I need a driver's license?
To book an e-moped, you do need a Class B, A, or AM license. To use e-bikes, you don't need a driver's license. Additionally, you can complete the registration without including your driver's license and add it later.
Can I drive and park outside a service area?
You can drive the felyx e-moped outside the light areas in the app's map. However, activating and ending the rental is only possible within those the areas. It is possible to use the pause mode outside the service area. The service area for a given city can be found on the map in the app. Make sure you park the e-moped properly: don't block the footpath for pedestrians, wheelchairs and prams.

Tourist trap!
You say that we have to make a payment in order to complete the registration in the app. But since you want me to have a Dutch bank account, this has become impossible for me. Because I'm not a person living in the Netherlands. And since I don't live in the Netherlands, there is no way I can have a Dutch account. Because of this, I couldn't complete the payment, and of course the registration as well. So, I'm asking you. How can you request a registration fee for an incomplete registration? If I owe you for a registration, WHERE IS MY REGISTRATION? Why couldn't I use the app? You are asking me to pay something that I couldn't use. I couldn't even register. YOU ARE ASKING ME TO PAY REGISTRATION FEE, EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO REGISTRATION. How is that possible? This is what you wrote on the app. REGISTRATION COSTS ARE 8 EUROS. Which means, if you want to register, you should pay 8 Euros. If you don’t pay 8 Euros, your registration is not gonna be completed. So, I couldn’t pay because I don’t have Dutch bank. There is no registration at the end that you can ask registration fee. If there was a registration, where the hell is my 30 free mins then? I couldn't even use the app because of I couldn't register!
Chat with agent not working
The chat with agent doesn’t work.
Chat functie
Al weken is de chat functie een drama! Slechtste app dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Ik heb het al een paar keer aangegeven en ze zeggen er elke keer aan te werken maar er is na weken nog steeds niks verbeterd. Ik snap niet dat anno 2025 de chat functie van een zelfrespecterende app zo slecht kan zijn (en blijven!!)
I cannot registrate
The app does not let me registrate, the second I try to click the button to choose a country it lagged and i cannot tap even the x at the top
Klantenservice en klachten
Je kan nergens een schade melden in de app. Als je contact opneemt met een medewerker dan word je verplicht om in de app te blijven tot dat zij reageren. Vorige keer voor niks 20 minuten gewacht. Zou handig zijn als hier wat aan gedaan wordt!
Doe het niet!!! Je word genaaid! Admin is waardeloos
Waardeloze boekhouding en admin! Aanmaning van 20,- vanwege hun slechte admin. Probeer elke andere maar ga niet met felyx in zee, zodra je issue hebt zijn ze onbereikbaar en krijg je incasso na incasso
Slechte app/bedrijf ooit
Als ik 0 sterren kon geven zou ik dat doen. Mijn account word zomaar geblokkeerd nadat ik een factuur van 40€ betaald had (geen idee waar dat überhaupt vandaag kwam) maar goed het was al laat en moest wel thuis komen, vervolgens die 40€ betaald en alsnog was mijn account geblokkeerd. De “chatbot” werkt al helemaal niet, heb misschien geen grap 35x contact met hem opgenomen en elke keer van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Nu maar check downloaden en hopen dat zij wel een beetje normaal met hun klanten omgaan.
Locatie scooter
De scooter locatie klopt helemaal niet. Heb vaker meegemaakt en zojuist meegemaakt dat ik bij de juiste locatie bij de aflever punt sta. Waarbij de scooter word weergeven bij een andere plaats. Hierdoor moest ik heen en weer lopen om te kijken of het wel op de juiste plaats was.
New app is so not handy!
Scooters are good but new app makes me crazy.
