I started a ride with a 11% battery. After a while the battery got down to 8%. I noticed I was out of the parking area and started heading towards it as I noticed I would not be able to make it where I planned with the remaining battery. The battery then went down from 8% to 1% in an instant. And finally to 0% and I was still out of the parking area. I could thus not move the scooter anymore and contacted support for help. This is what I received as an answer from Jordan from support : “you took the scooter at low level battery, what did you expect”. And then he ended the chat support. Not possible to contact them anymore. 😡 What kind of a support is that? Worst ever. Outrageous. No compassion at all, no proposition for help other than pushing the scooter by hand for 2 km on a hill. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Impossible to have someone on the phone. Chatbot and emails from the customer services are really unprofessional.
I only used the bike once. The charged the ride and some time later they charged more (something about reward points)… I was new in the app, didn’t received any payment reminders and they sent a Dutch payments request agency that charged 40€. So one single ride costed me almost 50€! I will never use it again and for sure never recommend Felyx Belgium.

Malheureusement le scooter ne va pas jusqu’à Evere 🙁
If the app crashes after you have returned a scooter they will leave the counter running and charge you 300€… and the app crashes a lot. Worse than every other “shared transportation” system.
J’aimerais bien avoir accès à plus de territoires à Bruxelles surtout vers l’Ouest

Buggy & unfriendly customer service. The scooters work well but switching payment methods has shown to be very tricky in terms of how it was handled by their team. They’ll hopefully get better in the future.
