The app works fine for general usage.  However, when submitting a claim, I just get a blank screen and have to close the app.  I have to use the website.  Also, there isn’t a way to get application support.

Sandy was very good. I was nervous because
This was the first time she was around any
new people besides me and my neighbors 
She has been very good with them and their 
Dogs. She plays with them but with a fence between them. She meant dogs and even a cat and was very good with all. No growling or barking, and her tail wagged the whole time. I was very very pleased with her.

Horrible app- poor user experience and set up. Almost impossible to get a hold of an actual person. Barely reimburses for claims. Took over 20 minutes on hold just to cancel the insurance - can’t do it on the app. Absolute waste of money.

It’s ridiculous when I can pay and get a quote on the app but can’t cancel payment on the app. Emailed andchat support they only allow cancel through phone call. And CS only available from 9-6pm EST? Eventually canceled payment they still trying to charge my card? Ridiculous.

I am currently raising my fourth puppy in 7 years! It took me losing my first dog unexpectedly at 5.5 years to realize I needed pet insurance. I love all my dogs and they have each had unique unexpected medical needs. We have spent 1000s out of pocket taking care of them. We lost our first dog because she had complications related to a routine procedure that costs $1500 and because of financial issues I waited too long to get her to the ER(praying she would get better) and she died. Now I have all 3 of my dogs covered and for the last 2 years I have had a great experience with fetch. Their app is great and simple to use and they are fair.  Learn from my experience and get a plan for your pet so when(not if) the unexpected happens you won’t hesitate to get them care. Fetch if you are reading this, please continue to take care of your customers. I hope you always stand by your service.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They price gouge you hand over fist. From 2020 - 2023, I was a happy customer. Between 2023 and 2024 my premium went up 43%, and from 2024-2025, my premium has no increased an additional 59%, with little to no explanation. I am now paying $1800 for $5000 worth of yearly coverage, and mind you - I have never once submitted a claim since 2020. That means I am paying $1800 a year, for $5000 worth of coverage ($4200, really since they cover 90% & I have a $300 deductible). I’ve paid well over the $5000 that they have never even covered for me and the price just keeps going up year after year. You’re better off putting $$ aside each month into a high yield savings account and having $ saved incase your pet needs care. This is the most worthless, money hungry company I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with.

I’m writing this review immediately after my first claims submission. My opinion may change. So far, This app is very easy to use. The claims process provides multiple ways to submit doc’s as well as multiple reimbursement options. Ie: Direct deposit or paper check. The insurance we did have did not offer direct deposit and would charge a fee for checks. Even though paper check was the only option…
