Unable to access the app
Ecobank is taking its customers for granted. I am currently out of the country and had to change my phone due to a screen problem. After installing the app on my new phone, I am now unable to access banking services. When I reached out to the bank for help, they told me that the issue can only be resolved when I return to the country and take my new phone to a branch. This is so ridiculous as I am not going to Ghana any time soon. Very disappointed customer.
