Mirroring has many aborts and failures

It's one thing that Figma demands a permanent internet connection. It's another they cannot offer a fully working iOS app that allows for editing .fig files. What we really disliked is the fact that it makes enabling Safari mandatory - we switched to Firefox due to security reasons and it took our IT support half a day to find out that basically blocking Safari on iOS also blocks Figma. Anyway, as the app is basically only for viewing, we decided to ditch Figma completely on mobile devices and perspectively move to Penpot.

… I’d like it if the mirroring wouldn’t get stuck all the time. Need to reload so much, it’s frustrating.

Finde es schade dass die App nicht alle Funktionen besitzt wie die Desktop App…

its so buggy and often times images images arent shown in full quality and its also ridiculous that i always have to turn off hotspot hints (WHO WANTS THAT ANYWAY!?) FURTHERMORE everytime i close the app while being in the prototype the app goes black and i have to restart the app

Man kann mit dieser App Figma-Dateien nur anschauen, aber nicht bearbeiten. Aber das kann ich im Browser auf dem iPad auch. Und im Browser kann ich auch editieren. Nur hat man im Browser die ganze Zeite einen Balken oben, der einen dazu bringen will, die Figma-App zu nutzen. Wie dumm ist das denn?

Wish there was an actually usable Figma on iPad

Ja gut man kann sich Designs anschauen und kommentieren. Aber für das Bearbeiten muss man dann doch in den Browser und dort ist die Bedienung per Touch oder selbst mit angeschlossener Tastatur eine absolute Katastrophe! Schade macht das Arbeiten per Ipad unbrauchbar.

Mirroring funktioniert nicht ich versuche schon die letzten zehn Minuten es hinzukriegen und es geht nicht kann nicht mein skill issue sein

not great! Slow and quite buggy. Still love Figma.
