"¿Su hijo o hijos usan Firefly 6 en el colegio? Si es así, Firefly para padres es su aplicación de referencia para ver anuncios del colegio, notas, deberes, recursos de aprendizaje y más.
Sencillamente inicie sesión con el código proporcionado por el colegio y un portal le dará la bienvenida y podrá acceder a la información de su hijo o hijos.
Esto incluirá las notas de su hijo y los comentarios brindados por cada profesor. Se le notificará cuando se asignen deberes, los plazos de entrega y tendrá un acceso sencillo a los mismos recursos de aprendizaje que esté usando su hijo. El colegio podrá también enviar anuncios importantes o mensajes, como viajes de estudios o reuniones de padres próximas.
Firefly para padres le permite:

- Recibir al instante anuncios o noticias del colegio
- Obtener toda la información de las notas y el progreso antes de la reunión de padres
- Mantenerse informado sobre todos los aspectos del viaje de aprendizaje de su hijo en tiempo real

Usability issues
One of the worst UIs. Virtually impossible to read any data due to fields not fitting on screen or being truncated .. an app within an app - homepage looks ok.. but when you go deeper you are back in the old view. To the developers.. just build a completely new mobile front end… please. This is like they hooked up an old Pentium PC app to iOS…
Changed the app for the worse
Changed the app, now I can’t find anything!
So many bugs
It’s useful but can’t read messages or tasks since the update, I click on them but they aren’t there.
Change isn’t good!
I used to be able to view all letters from firefly app (this is the only useful function on app). Now when you click on messages - it comes up with all letters without title so you’d have to click into each to find out what the letter was about. What’s the point of having a function that’s not useful at all? Search also didn’t work. Disappointing.
Cannot use since iOS 17 update
Ever since I did the update to iOS 17 I cannot get the app to refresh. Tried deleting and reinstalling but nothing!
Please hire some designers
Considering children and parents have to rely on this product to connect with their children’s education I’m pretty unhappy at how poor the implementation is. Bugs aside which are regular the general quality is dreadful. The only saving grace is it’s free and not quite as painful as the website. You people need some UX professionals to sort this out!

Doesn’t work
The app just doesn’t work since the update. This is terrible for parents.
Failed at first hurdle
Trying to login with app, need school code to do this. Instead of giving you the option on the first page to search for it in the app, you have to login to the web edition on your PC…a bit of a convoluted process. I’ve given up, waste of time.
