The app usually doesn’t show 89A bus travels to track where the bus is .
Unreliable routes returned via search
Need to improve search results when a bus has been canceled. That canceled bus will still show up in the route options. Most recently I found that they still showed results when no buses were running that day. They should also list the bus search in a separate location than the plan because you can’t toggle between them without losing the plan you created.
Update is terrible

Foreigners can’t use this
I am from the US and when I tried to create an account to purchase a day pass it doesn’t accept my phone number, because I think it doesn’t fit the UK phone format. This should be fixed or at least not make the phone number being mandatory filled if you have an email.
Requests Email verification for every ticket purchased
Despite verifying my student email dozens of times now, I receive an e-mail verification request every time I purchase a student price ticket - twice a day, five days a week. ????
Bad app
The app is not accurate for planning a trip. I have missed many busses because the app said that the bus was two - three stops away when it was already at my pickup spot. As of today they app has stopped working and is not showing any buses running at all. We need a better running, more accurate app.
Canceled buses aren’t updated, fail.
Please let us know when a bus is no longer on.
Quick update needed for service change.
First Bus Scotland does not update their service change via apps. I buy weekly passes all the time. It’s a waste of customers money if they didn’t get the service they have been promised. I used to take last bus (X38) from Winchburgh to Falkirk at 11:29pm but that service is not available from February and their app still shows that I can get that last bus. That’s very unprofessional and unreliable from First Bus Scotland.
