I think this is a good app because I can get to my account pretty easily. Then when I’m in I can transfer my money and everything is just super easy

This was my first bank and I’ve used it for over 10 years. I can attest that they will charge you overdraft fees and take your money whenever they can get away with it. Not many banks do this anymore, mind you. I’m switching to Capitol One once they refund my overdraft fees (which were First Techs fault). I will not miss this bank.

First tech has single-handedly destroyed my credit. They still have not fixed their first mistake of wrongfully reporting me 30 days late. Absolutely unbelievably poor bank. Worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. STAY AWAY. They despise their customers andHave business practices that would make BBB blush.

I like the new snapshot feature, but not at the expense of quick login. We can have both.

While slow and clunky, it usually works… until this last update. Zelle transfers are completely broken.

Constantly reloading the app . You should put some money into ensuring it’s a smooth process and not have clients keep reloading . The other banking apps I use do NOT have me repairing ever couple of days !

So much whiteness. It hurts my eye.

I have been using first tech for years now and it’s been great. Unfortunately the main problem I have is with the Zelle Integration. It literally does not register the fact that I am “clicking” on an app and I have to hold it down for it to eventually go into where it needs too. It will sometimes just work but others it will not. This is an iOS only problem as well. Works totally fine on Android. I wish this could be fixed as literally deleting and re-installing the app often is not a solution.

Face id got wiped out. When entering password manually, it says ‘authentication error ‘ try again later. What a mess! Yes, I am entering the correct password. It works in the browser, but not in this ‘app’.
