OK. I realize, other than one Greatest Of All Time female skiers, that the U.S. doesn’t exactly play a major role in FIS skiing, but I am at Sun Valley, Idaho for the U.S. Alpine National Championships, and the FIS app makes it almost impossible to find the racing events. Please up your game. Sun Valley is as nice a venue as almost anything in Europe. Please make your app more user friendly to U.S. racers and fans. Thanks, Bart Green

Total failure. This latest version is impossible to navigate. As a long time alpine and Nordic skier, instructor, race judge I never have seen such a waste . No wonder our sport fails to make a good presentation for wider media attention . Completely stupid app .

I have tried deleting and redownloading this app ten times over the last several months and I cannot get the app to work! All I get is part of the homepage and nothing else. Why they changed it I have no idea, the old app worked fine.

I find this updated app frustrating. Prior app you could follow countries so you don’t have to choose each athlete!to follow individually, you could do multiples. Is it that I can’t figure it out? Also for discipline you could get alerts by level, world cup only as example. Why are prior results so hard to find? Look at previous features determine what was used and replicate, do a user survey, are the developers users of the app? Digital design 101

I cannot open the app. The font is huge and the app is completely unresponsive. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded several times with no success.

The new app is much more difficult to navigate! Could you please revert back until the new app is significantly improved?

I’ve downloaded the new app several times, and it will not even open. Very disappointed!!

I find the update not only confusing to navigate, but also uninformative. Number of WC, WSC, and Olympic starts, podiums, wins should be displayed directly on athletes’ pages. Why has it been removed? I cannot find this information anywhere. Additionally, WC/Nor-Am standings should be linked directly to athletes’ pages as well. I can still find these by navigating but the information is hard to find when it used to be right there. Please fix this! I cannot imagine why the decision would ever be made to remove WC wins and standings from athletes’ pages. That is half of the reason I use the app and it is so difficult to track the season without them.
