I have been trying and updating, uninstalling and reinstalling since your new app and it’s just not working! Why change something that works 🤷‍♀️ I’d send you a screenshot if I could

The app will not open it just sits on the welcome to the new FIS app. Very disappointing

While the new app has some nice thing, mostly is much, much worse than the previous version. 1. The notifications are still not right. Now I just got 3 notifications for one athlete to start jumping. 2. No notifications that tells me the athlete result or pointing me to the race result (these were there in the past and are most useful) 3. Favourite athletes has become useless. Less granularity in the notification provided, more importantly, they don’t get reflected in the live screen. So I have to select the athletes twice!!! 4. Old favourites, from the previous version, are still visible in the live events. Creating confusion 5. Nation favourites from the old app are still shown, but there’s no way to update them or remove them

Athlete overview used to show overall wins, podiums, etc etc. Now… the overview is the basically the same as the results tab with some “they ski this brand” thrown in and some badly formatted social links. I wasn’t a fan of the previous app as I found it hard to navigate and counter intuitive with little distinction between the WC events (the meat of the FIS calendar) and the rest; but at least it was easy to see an athletes overall standing and history.

What were they thinking. Used to be a super useful app and now it’s ruined. ☹️🤬

All notifications of starting races have stopped and no upcoming events are showing, just the cancelled events from last season because of COVID. What’s happened?

Kind of makes the app quite useless. No sound on iPhone or iPad

A good app for keeping up with all the alpine results etc. but the videos crash when trying to view full screen also there is no audio for them (this is on an iPhone 7) Update: Audio is now fixed but full screen video still crashes the video...

It took a while but it's finally here... very good app, thorough information and great functionality and design.
