App não conecta com meu celular, não consigo utilizar ele depois das atualizações.

Tenho a Bike,SmartCycle, e ela não conecta em nenhum app Fisher Price 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I never thought I would write something about an app here, but you guys deserved my attention. The most annoying thing in the world is having to pair the device every 2 days for “security reasons”. I believe it is bearable to update at least once every 6 months and not almost every day. Terrible app and it would have everything to be the best if it just didn't update anymore. If you want to buy one of these products? Don't rely on the app to use it

Toda vez que abre o app tem que fazer login, pq isso? Que coisa IRRITANTE... e ai toda vez que atualiza o app precisa sincronizar os aparelhos de novo!! COMO É CHATO ISSO!! Desisti de usar o app!! Mais fácil levantar e ir fazer as configurações manualmente o aparelho.

O app desconecta todo dia! Na versão anterior, foi necessário fazer login apenas 1 vez e, ao abrir o app, ele sincronizava rapidamente com a caixa de música.

Ficou péssimo depois da ultima atualização. Impossível usar.

Não tem opção de timer maior que 30 mim

The app is terrible now. It logs off by itself, when you most need it, you have to go through login process, and a few other “downgrades” in my opinion. Hated it!

Uma pena, mas na última leva de atualizações excluíram a aplicação para o Apple Watch.

Our seahorse no longer connects to the app as it is “older” despite buying it last year. It says we can still use it but it has defaulted to the lowest sound level and the shortest time making it useless. Very disappointed
