I have used the same Deluxe Soother machine since my 2.5 year old was born. The music stays on all night, there’s ambient noise options and different lighting options. It’s durable and simple to use. My only complaint is the the “on the go” music that comes with the app is different from the sounds machine music. It has presented some small challenges as my daughter is used to a curtain playlist to get to sleep. Not the end of the world but I do think it would be a good option to have.

Lights and sounds are really good. Very durable. Runner constantly every night for more than four years. Kids friendly.

The machine works relatively well. My son loves the stars. The sound is too loud to my liking. Too low at level 1 and then too loud at the next level. My biggest issues are since the winter 2023 updates. Most issues were thankfully resolved once there was a second update in the spring of 2023. But since winter 2023, the app automatically turns off the music playing on my cellphone as soon as I open it. Why can’t I do like before and have my music playing while the app is open? (I used to be able to do this by opening the app, quickly going back to my music to press play again and then going back on the app to adjust what I needed). This is an issue for me as I play music on my phone to put him to sleep before transitioning to the music on the deluxe soother. Any way you could fix that problem? I would really appreciate it?

We have two of these units and never had a problem with them until recently. It all stems from the app. It constantly requires me to re-sign in and I have to re pair each device. I wish I had never updated this app. Last version was great, but newest version needs to be fixed. Also the app constantly updates and requires Re-signing in. Tbh, this is the type of device that does not need a password. Seems fisher price is just wanting to collect more data.

Sound machine is fine although the noise definitely is much quieter than when first purchased. The app regularly signs me out and requires re-pairing which is not ideal when I’m putting a child to sleep or they are already asleep. The app won’t even connect to the sound machine for more than 3 days now. Deleted and redownloaded the app and now it won’t even let me sign in. I just get an error message. Wish I had just gotten the hatch originally.

You can’t use the app if an update is available. Updating disconnect all the machines and you have to re-pair all of them. When your children are asleep, and you try to change the settings, now is not the time to have to re-pair everything!!! Always !!! So tired of this.

Used to have no issues with my soother before the last app update. Since then it has been an issue every time I use it. I have to re-connect every time I have to go back in the app, hate that I have to exit before I want to edit my settings like to increase or the decrease the light where before I didn’t have to. The range isn’t as good as it used to be also. I have t changed anything in my house but now if I’m not close enough to my soother I sometimes have issues connecting. I used ti really like it before for the accessibility and easiness but lately is has been more of a hassle.

So I love this machine. It works great. Does what it needs to for the most part. Wish it had pouring rain/thunderstorm sounds. Would be perfect. But with the new update it took me 3 days to log into my account, then an hour to pair it to my phone. I thought it was because I updated my phone even tho it worked fine previously but after reading more recent reviews I realize it’s the update causing all these issues. If you’re going to update something that wasn’t in need of updating, at least add new sounds to choose from. Also wish it could just connect to my playlist but maybe I’ll find another item that does that with a night light.

I absolutely love this machine. It puts my daughter to sleep every night. Since the new update, I find it slow and laggy. It takes FOREVER to connect with device now and then when you're trying to change a setting it now tasks forever for it to change. Which is incredibly frustrating.
