Fizeram uma adaptação do app para celular ser utilizado no iPhone, então a resolução não fica adequada para o iPad, tornando o app bem ruim de visualizar. Precisam cuidar e criar um app específico para tablets urgente!

Why you guys have different apps for each country? I bought a model in USA to use in Brazil that need the care+ version available just for app store USA accounts. Please merge all models to just one app and distribute to all countries.

I upgraded to iPhone 15 pro max and now the app doesn’t open. I click it and it pops up for a second and goes away. Tried re installing app 3 times no luck. Fix app to open on iPhone 15 pro max.

Since the new update the app doesn’t always open with all the camera options available. We use the light colours to indicate to my son when it’s time to sleep and when he can get up. I’m closing and re-opening the app like 10-15 times to get the option to pop up. It’s been super irritating. This used to work great before the update.

I am getting updates of motion and sound but I can’t open the app at all not happy

Since the update, the app is just opening and closing instantly. I can’t do anything and I’m not seeing my baby. Was working good before the update.

This App is a disaster and there is no support ! It logged me out and when try to sign back in, asks for MFA that was sent to my email. It didn’t accept the verification code and therefore I lost the view on my baby. Try to contact their support team but the technical team wasn’t available 😡

Ever since the most recent update the mobile app is working terribly. Camera will move on its own, frozen screen and does not show real time. Very disappointed

Logged me out won’t recognize my email, tried changing password says it doesn’t exist, won’t let me make a new account. Useless app this is the 3rd time this has happened.

Motion detection still not fixed even though it was said to be fixed back in March. Volume on start up also still not resolved.
