Pretty good app. Does what it is supposed to do. However, it doesn’t sync the data automatically with the Health app. And for that reason alone, I won’t renew my subscription. I have background refresh turned ON for this app as well as for Fitbit.
I downloaded the app, it said choose to sync, I did, and they charged my credit card through Apple Pay $96.00. This just happened and I can't find support to get a refund. Sketchy.
Where does the cord plug into?
I paid $13.49 for a month of using this app. First of all, it’s a one-time transfer if you’re moving from a Fitbit watch to an Apple watch, so there is no need for a subscription. More importantly though, it doesn’t really work: it synced my steps, but not my exercise minutes or what was most important to me, years of cycle data. I don’t find my new cycle data to be as accurate in Health, so for now I’m still logging it in the Fitbit app. I do not recommend this app but it seems to be the only “good” one out there.
They tried to charge $56 to my card before I even signed on. Do not give your cc info
You should disclose what (little) the app can sync on the free plan before having us download it to check for ourselves. It did work so that’s not a total loss.
Doesn’t do what it says it’s supposed to. The numbers don’t match, very glitchy and the pictures on the app add seem made up because my screens weren’t showing any different coloured rings nor do the step counts and calories match very sad that I purchased the lifetime
The app is now adding the same amount of exercise each night at midnight. It’s throwing off all connected apps with these false numbers. Hope a fix happens soon.

Great customer service and excellent tool. Does what it says it does and makes having all your health data in one place easy, especially if you’re using a Fitbit scale.
