HOW DOES IT WORK
Data is synced using 3 easy steps. After your first sync you can use One Click Sync
1. In the app, sign into Fitbit.com using your account credentials
2. Pick the fitness fields (steps, sleep, etc..) you want to sync with Apple Health
3. Click the "Sync Now" button to start syncing your Fitbit data with Apple Health
To avoid seeing duplicate activity data in the Apple Health app disable fitness tracking on your iPhone. Go to Settings->Privacy->Motion & Fitness and disable Fitness Tracking
Subscriptions
- The app is free to sync daily steps. With Pro, you can sync historical data, 14 fields, and use autosync
- Subscribers pay the fixed price for your country. Prices listed in USD
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
- When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period

Brilliant

I love the size. Easier to use than the Apple Watch

A transfer app!

I saw synchronise and wrongly assumed it would sync my data between Fitbit and Apple health. Grave mistake as transferred and wiped data! Really upset me so I advise this shouldn’t have synchronise in the name and instead have transfer in the name. Same applies to the other app also.

Doubled the data on Apple Health

The app doesn't work. Instead of updating Apple health it adds data ON TOP of data stored in Apple Health. For instance, if your Apple Health counted 2500 steps, whereas Fitbit 7500, this app will combine data in BOTH apps. Very messy. I'm not saying that the App’s owner wants you to pay a fortune for this awful service if you want to sync not just steps.

Scam!!!

I downloaded this app to try to sync my Fitbit to Apple health. Asks for a £1 trial, says £39 for year, £59 for lifetime. The trial allows only steps to sync (pointless). I gave up but 2 days later got an attempted billing on my card from yourinnerpowers.com. Card blocked. Bank said would try to block but company rejected and tried again. Card blocked again. Tried emailing support on yourinnerpowers.com and it replies from a 3rd domain, saying they would reply within 24 hours. Have had to cancel card. App already removed from phone and unlinked from Fitbit. DO NOT GIVE CARD DETAILS FOR TRIAL

Not Syncing

Tried logging in/out, deleting and reinstalling app but just won’t sync, disappointing

After a few syncs, says that I have done over 100k steps

Scam

Tapped on the free version and it took £60 out of my account! Don’t get this app!

Adding extra steps to health

The app isn't syncing - I've walked 10,040 steps so far showing on my fitbit, but after syncing to Apple Health the Health app is showing a total of 16,105 steps?? Minimum star rating possible for obvious reasons :(

Useless for syncing heart rate data

I paid 10 pounds for the subscription to sync most important to me data - heart rate. And got nothing. It simply didn't sync exactly heart rate. Seems like steps were transfered somehow, but also with problems. I now have dosens of workouts in my Heaoth app, but I don't have them in my Fitbit app. I was just walking without active workout on my watch, but in Health app it is now workouts. I am extremely disappointed and really regret that I spent money for this.
