HOW DOES IT WORK
Data is synced using 3 easy steps. After your first sync you can use One Click Sync
1. In the app, sign into Fitbit.com using your account credentials
2. Pick the fitness fields (steps, sleep, etc..) you want to sync with Apple Health
3. Click the "Sync Now" button to start syncing your Fitbit data with Apple Health
To avoid seeing duplicate activity data in the Apple Health app disable fitness tracking on your iPhone. Go to Settings->Privacy->Motion & Fitness and disable Fitness Tracking
Subscriptions
- The app is free to sync daily steps. With Pro, you can sync historical data, 14 fields, and use autosync
- Subscribers pay the fixed price for your country. Prices listed in USD
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
- When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period

Duur en geen test periode
Wellicht interessant maar te duur om te kopen. Ik zou eerst willen testen of de app naar behoren werkt, dus een gratis test periode van 1 week.
Is no synchroniseren! Just overwrites.
I forgot my Fitbit in the morning but had my iPhone with me. In the afternoon it was the other way around. After syncing my afternoon steps were the only steps in Apple Health without time, so one straight line for the hole day. Besides this there is very much commercial rubbish.
Steps far from accurate
The most important part of syncing from Fitbit to health does not work. It seems to add all steps to the once health has counted on my phone? So if I have 8500 steps on my Fitbit and 1000 on my health app from phone tracking, then they are added up and I have 9500 steps that day. 🤨
most expensive stepcounter ever!
of all the features on the charge 4, the only one you don't pay for on tracking is the stepcounter. Everything else is by subscription only
Sync doesn’t work
Like mentioned also by other people, sync doesn’t work auto. I need to manually turn sync on, every time. Not worth the 6,99.
Sync works well with one minor drawback
Sync works well. Only drawback is that he adds the steps to those already registered by the health app. For now I delete the number of steps in the apple health app and then manually enter the number.
Sadly no autosync
See above. + non-optimal user experience design. Too many manual actions required to just sync. It should be auto, as advertised when I bought the app.
Absolutely worthless
I can’t get it to sync anything. I want my money back
