Me ha gustado lo fácil y practico que es. Además tiene una base de datos registrada de alimentos muy amplia y el tema del conteo de calorías ayuda muchísimo para un buen plan alimenticio

Pero tiene un problema y es que cuando intento cambiar mi plan, ingreso todos los datos y luego la app deja de funcionar y no crea un nuevo plan, y eso no me gusta porque pagué la membresía de un mes.
La recomiendo!!
Me cambio los hábitos alimenticios. Sé que es lo bueno y lo malo para cuerpo y he logrado bajar de peso.

Es demasiado buena, puedes registrar todas tus comidas, es muy inteligente la app. Puedes tener la versión gratuita con muyyy buenas opciones y la paga es aún mejor

Me sentiría menos intimidado para dar mi dinero si me apuntaran con un arma en la cabeza, pero lo de esta aplicación es otra cosa, pagas el triple que a un nutricionista profesional que te examine directamente y solamente importa que pagues, incluso si es por nada, reitero, un nutricionista hace mejor trabajo sin desangrarte silenciosamente mes a mes
