Baixei o e comprei 2 upgrades, que nao possuem muita relacao com o app, ja que depois da compra dos plugins nao houve qualquer diferenca no uso do app e continuo sem conseguir marcar o peso diario...

Funcionamento Independente

A ideia do app é boa e gostei do visual no Apple Watch. Infelizmente, não é possível andar somente com o relógio. O telefone tem que estar com o usuário ao longo do exercício. Por que não o deixam mais independente? Assim que listar o exercício o app poderia gravar e manter no relógio. O timer também poderia avisar com uma vibração ou som para que não tenha que ficar olhando para a tela.

Péssimo. Comprei a versão PRO mas o aplicativo trava e sai muito. Depois da última atualização não consigo mais entrar. Não recomendo.

I've tried many gym apps before and this one is by far the best! A simple interface with a minimalistic design, a complete list of exercises and a myriad of awesome features make this app a winner in my book! It also looks beautiful!

O aplicativo é intuitivo e tem interface fácil de usar. Perfeito para uso na academia. Basta cadastrar o nome de sua série, adicionar ao dia e apertar o play, a lista vai sendo completada de acordo com seu comando. Você pode salvar sua série e repeti-la em datas futuras, mas só na versão premium. O que falta melhorar: Pré-definição de peso e repetições nas séries salvas, possibilidade de marcar "repetir série salva em dias da semana" e incluir um cronometro regressivo nos exercícios cardiorrespiratórios.
