My clients can't download the app

Yesterday I signed new clients and they all couldn't download the app. I'm paying full price for this app and I'm really happy about the service I can bring to them. But if this still happening I would have to go on another app...

Sleep Data not syncing from Apple Health

I have enabled all the permissions in Apple Health to read and write, however, the sleep data is not showing up in the app. Steps and the other categories are working fine
