The app drains my battery quickly, one training and 50% off my battery. Also my phone heats a lot. iPhone 14 Pro, no Apple Watch connected

Drains battery
For some reason the app drains my iPhone 15 pro battery really quick. Having it opened during a 30 min workout consumes about 12% of battery and the phone gets very hot.
