Not compatible with Spotify… App stops syncing with an Apple Watch when you run Spotify in the background. Please attend to this bug, as it’s incredibly annoying.
I only signed to get the meal plan. The receipts are unappealing. Only high protein options, I was looking for balanced meals, on all macros. In short: the app is a deception, a waste of money. 💸💸💸 You can get better receipts, meal plans for free. Don't buy this app.
Probably the most frustrating fitness app I have to use because my trainer loads all his programmes here. The battery drain problem has been ongoing for years and still hasn’t been fixed. If I am playing music and the rest timer pings, it mutes my sound and the only way to get it back is to restart the app. Why do these things happen?
There is no way to cancel the subscriber with the trainer on the website or the app, and no way to contact the trainer. When I brought up the dispute with trainerize, their automated response is that I must take this up with my financial institution which is complete nonsense. The Trainerize platform should enable to cancellation of the subscription and prevent the process from being so convoluted.
This app is very well integrated with other apps and good functionalities!
App looks good but if you ever need to reset your password good luck! Reset mail does not get received and after contacting support still no help! Irritating that such a product can drop the ball with such basic matters!
I also want to give feedback about deactivated client accounts. I did not delete, but deactivated one of my client accounts so that this ceases access, but now it looks like the app completely deletes all of the data stored. What of this person want to continue after a few months? Also I tried to contact the support and that also doesn’t work. How do I get this data back?
