Amazing job
Brilliant app. I'm just on week 3 and I've already lost almost 7 kilos. I'm so pleased with the results that I've already recommended this app to my friends and now here I am writing this review. The exercises are easy to follow and you have different levels of intensity and difficulty.

Since we're stuck at home due to the lockdown I wanted to do some exercise at home but I needed some help to get started and this was the app I chose. It really has helped me not only to get fitter but also more confident. Totally recommended.
Great app
I'm a complete beginner and the workouts are quite easy to follow while still being challenging. I can feel my muscles burning during each routine, but the feeling of accomplishment I get when I finish each session is so great that it makes my entire day better. Totally recommended.

Finally an app with a nice selection of workout routines so I don't have to go to the gym and I'm able to exercise from home. I think this is great and very useful, I'd recommend it to everyone.
