Annoying ads + does not register Apple Health data
Yes I understand that ads are required to support free software, but this app takes things to a new level of invasiveness. Playing an ad right in the middle of a timed exercise so I have to stop the exercise, close the ad and restart the exercise is not cool. Also full screen pop up ads with no option to close them, really…! The final mail in the coffin for this app is that it does not record data to Apple health meaning you gain precisely zero exercise or move points.
It’s a real shame as I like the exercises, the app has just been ruined by ads and missing basic functionality.

I use this everyday, and it so easy to follow and the meal plan is perfect (i have no preferences with food as i eat everything and i’m not fussy). the only thing i would suggest is having different levels of difficulty in the workouts.
