Most lying app ever

So in any centre you can’t do unlimited number of sessions. You can do barely 5 session per month in your nice fitness centre nearby. Rest you figure out where to do or drive far away. Very inconvenient and they don’t tell you that upfront. Such a scam of an app. Also their customer support take almost 2 days to revert.

Very bad service

I have been trying to log in, but my phone had another number but now I CANNOT LOG IN BECAUSE YOUR USELESS UI cannot comprehend the fact that numbers change and there is NO option to do so, mailing you guys is useless because you never respond so i’m stuck here in your idiotic crack.

Fitpass is the best app for gaining weight or diet plans, I have been using this app very long time.

Absolute Scam – Stay Away from Fitpass!

I regret the day I signed up for a Fitpass membership. Initially, they paint a rosy picture with all their promises. However, once you're locked in, the reality hits hard. They conveniently forgot to mention that access to premium gyms is limited to certain days only. What's worse, their customer service is a complete joke. No one responds to calls or messages, leaving you hanging with no support whatsoever. This company is nothing but a scam. Save your money and trust elsewhere. Avoid Fitpass at all costs!

Fraud practices, Beware

So in my membership FITPASS was expected to send a watch to my home address. It is more than 2 months and they have still not sent the watch. There is no customer support system either.
