Dear SSG , I have been a legit user of this app since 4 years , I mostly go to work on my feet or by bus as I do not own a vehicle, this app motivates you to walk a lot definitely but since 4 years now I’m still at 13k coins with a very slow progress where as people who just joined a year ago have more coins then me !! Seeing that they are using fraudulent techniques to claim there prices like iPhone during the lowest bid offer don’t you think you should remove such fraudulent followers from this apps before hand so that they do not take the place of a genuine walker claiming the price . Instead you let them win and claim the price /reward for it ? And then you go around telling that they obtained the rewards through “fraudulent means “ via mail , so that particular period of time of lowest bid joining room goes waste for the customers who are genuine trying to walk and claim the benefits of this app !! I don’t know how if this app Is genuine or not I’m just walking has its a good app to know your step and calories that burn …..!!! I’m stilll rooting for this app and one day hope I’ll be rewarded for all that walking hours I spent on this app . Thank you:) Update 2024 - I have finally decided to let this app go , there’s zero motivation thing left on this app , it’s was good 7 years run on this app .. now it seems only like a marketing tool to attract people , I have so much coins collected for no reason can’t buy anything to reward myself, it’s ridiculous to think that one must walk to earn the coins and then pay to get Pro if you want to get the rewards .I should be atleast able to buy something with those coins collected right this is like forcing people to pay .Can’t buy even the health plans with the coins i collected .

Doesn’t support with Fitbit tracker devices

When I tried the paid plan everything went smoothly. But after my plan expired, wherever I’m exploring I can only see the ads. But I really hands off to you, that you guys taking all money from the users and then making events like lucky users can get iPhone or something. I never gained anything from this app. I really think that I wasted money and time on this app.

I downloaded it today but I couldn’t sign up!!! It just said “oops try again” and I tried like a thousand times, still couldn’t do it!!!so what’s really THE PROBLEM?!!

Disappointed! I have 18k coins but all useless. Only petty rewards and discounts available. Uninstalled today

I'm using it for more than 4 years now and a pro user for 2+ years. Their rewards are good for nothing and most of the time the steps don't get counted properly. And their customer support is the worst. They never respond. You can only use it for steps tracking and there are multiple other apps better than this.

App is nice and encouraging to walk more. Liked. Sir ! I was your daily high level Walker. I told you long back that I had fallen on 12/11/2021, while walking inside my house during rain n fallen due to slip. No pain. Minor hairline crack 100% cured within 10 days. After 30 days went to another doctor as that. Used doctor not available. That doctor instead of physiotherapy advised OGAIN injection to be imported for me @25,000/- so that I can walk freely in 3 days. We agreed. That injection is given on 5-1/22still active in all over my body since the dsy of my fall on 12/11/21 n still I am bedridden. Even to go to bathroom with great difficulty with 4 legged wide support. Already about year back told you about this. But helpless. Within 2 weeks the injection power will go off n may become normal. I am on 75. No heslth issues. Only foctor’s made binders. Another one is distorted hearing since 2017. It is for lifetime. I am world wanderer. So please give me leave for another week or 2. I will join for daily walks 3 times. NOW I WANT TO ADD 2 of my friends under me. Please let me know how to add them. Your system seems to be changed. Please help me. Thank you.
