* Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
* Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.

No fit for purpose
App does not work properly between midnight and 6/7am. Gets stuck on processing and when it does confirm your booking it isn’t processed, so doesn’t show in bookings. Extremely frustrated - missing classes. Have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail
Constantly logging out and wheel of death
Recently the app keeps logging me off so have to sign back in. I have deleted the app and reloaded based on advice but still does it. Now it keeps failing to connect and just get it whirring with the wheel of death! This has only occurred since the last update
Calendar poor
Easy to use App that used to work well with my iPhone, but with the last 2 phones the classes do not populate the calendar. It was a great function. Shame.
Easy to use but..
Very easy to use the app and book on the classes I want. Loses two stars because it always defaults to table tennis as the first option as opposed to classes
Dreadful app
So often doesn’t work and just a circle of doom ! Slow and you have to reload often. Doesn’t change time with British summer time so runs an hour late - hopeless
Locked out of account
Invalid email or password, it says. This is false as on forgot password option the email used to register works and I do receive the email with the password, which is also correct. But when I go to enter both I get invalid username or password error. Unlock my account, fix issue please, or at least give money back for Evolution fitness CD membership so I can make another account as I can’t go to the gym anymore. Please fix🙏
Forgot password change
The app is great and all, but if you forgot your password you do not have the option to change it and it just sends you a message with it. I personally haven’t forgot the password to my account but there was some like of bug on your side which says that the email and or password are not recognised, which is very very annoying since the email is 100% correct as it works for sending the password and so is the password since I receive it when I press the forgot password button. I am locked out on my account, for now at least, and cannot use the gym and the owner has still not replied to the bug. If changing password was an option this would be much easier to resolve. Please add the feature and change my password so I can get back into my account, if you can, and I also can’t even get my money back to make another account:(((

Great gym

Basic app that does the job would appreciate smoother set up and more features.
I suddenly have to sign in every time, and cannot scroll dates.
The app is not fit for purpose. It takes me up to 20 attempts to book a class. Even when the booking is confirmed, it isn’t actually registered and in my booking schedule. Same with trying to cancel classes. The worst app I’ve ever used, and it’s consistently bad. Yes I’ve rebooted, deleted, refreshed, and reinstalled.
Terrible service.
