Five Below

In an attempt to order something, I had two items in my cart for pick up and the cart says 35 and free shipping considering it was being picked up but every time I go to pay for my things it shows that I would be paying $43 dollars for two items and no shipping, tell me how does that make sense?

Whatever they did in the update where they changed the entire layout, store, searching… it’s horrible. I can’t search anything. I can’t do anything. It’s very annoying. Now it’s exactly like just viewing the desktop site on an app, which makes the app pointless. Not user friendly at all.

They need to work on their app. It’s always refreshing back to the front page and it’s very frustrating!!

So I was trying to buy stuff and it said five. Below I remind you I looked and it was not below five when it should be I am so mad five below give me 10 dollar$ or I’m sueing give me the money on Apple Pay just

I keep getting errors no matter how I try to pay

I used this app and ordered off it more than 10 times and now it won’t let me add anything to my cart, or purchase anything

Almost everytime I open the app, it changes my store and it’s TICKING MY OFF

I would just like to make a statement that the store is called 5 below I saw a backpack on there for $12. The app is also verry confusing to me. I would definitely improve my app if I were you. Thank you.

I mean its ok but every like 2 weeks it makes me update it but its oferall ok

This is so annoying this app literally won’t work.
