Glitches

Nice app when it does work ,steps counter for that day is always on wrong day, I have to delete and do all again to get it correct but will glitch in few days Can be improved better. If they take the time

Its ok but really could be better.

My app has been glitching that when I open it, it instantly kicks me out. It doesn't even load. I had to delete it, then it worked for one day and then from the day after, it went back to glitching. However before it started glitching I loved it. I could see exactly what time I was asleep. It measures steps and everything accurately. Just the glitch that is stopping me from liking it at the moment. Hope it gets fixed soon because all my data rom the past year had to be deleted when I deleted the app to redownload it.

This app will not pair with my iPhone. I have tried everything!

Stopped working!

The app has recently stopped working. It won’t open. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it a number of times but eventually it starts to crash again. I’ve not been able to store data for ages!

Rubbish

It won’t connect with the watch, I’ve tried a thousand times! Don’t bother with this app.

Much better

This is great bit of kit have had a few glitches but seem they have been sorted. Seriously would be lost without it

Wwhy does The App constantly crash. Very unreliable. Downloaded many times.

No longer loads

Was a great app and easy to use. Unfortunately I have just updated iPhone to iOS 14.3 ant it refuses to load so smart watch is now useless.

App stopped loading

Worked well for two days then the app stopped loading on my phone! All I’m left with is the band with not much data and no history! This was a Christmas gift to replace my Fitbit which broke but honestly it’s useless without a working app.
