Flora - Green Focus

I really like this app, it’s great for studying because I can put my phone down and the screen can shut off and it will still keep my plant growing! I think having the cute plants from each place makes it even better because it makes me want to study more to unlock more plants!!

Love this app, it helps me stay focused on my assignments and would recommend if you get distracted easily.

This app makes it easy to out down the phone to avoid being distracted during study time!

It’s a great concept and it really helps motivate me to stay on task. However it’s laggy. It doesn’t let u see all of the friends you have. And it crashes.

First of all it’s a genius little concept. Setting up a podomoro style focus system, with a tree to feel committed to it? Great idea off the bat. Add a screen time function so you don’t overuse other apps? Also clever. But making it so that users can hedge their bets and commit even further with cold hard Apple Cash is so absurdly smart, it’s so brilliant I could cry. I love that to encourage ppl to stay on top of stuff without getting discouraged or feeling like you failed there’s the tree planting system. because even if you DO lose focus or fail a task you can contribute to something useful like slowing climate change! Get distracted? There’s a solution. Can’t commit? There’s a solution. Miss a goal? At least you planted a nice tree. Succeed in finishing your task? You get EXACTLY what you asked for when you downloaded the app. Exceeding expectations so far, 11/10

I like the use of the app and the concept behind it. The only part maybe not so great is navigation and more clear concise information about how the app works. Like, total focus time = this plant. There’s an opposite timer but I have no idea how far away I am from an actual tree. I saw the information somewhere but can’t find it now.
