App doesn’t load e wallet and the contact link leads to an empty page. Useless app

The app works ok most of the time. I have opted not to receive an email of my parking summary actions when I start a parking session. However, every time I quit/close the app, the option to receive email notifications switches back on. I didn’t mind using the app before this started happening.

Scammers they will get you to pay and still get you a ticket

Absolute garbage, I live alone and am completely blind. Therefore, I need voiceover on my phone and the app is not compatible with VoiceOver whatsoever. My parents who come to visit me do not understand technology whatsoever so therefore they cannot register in the app. We call the phone number and the people there either a. Do not want to register the vehicle or B. Do not understand a single word or speak a single word of English.

Glitchy. Slow. Runs into errors. Had to close and reopen the app 5 times. Nothing will compare to paybyphone - easy fast and reliable

The app needs to send you a SMS code to activate itself. Rather stupid and useless since we chance phone number more often than email. Plus when you’re roaming with an eSIM like me today, you can’t receive SMS and pay for them… They need to have more confirmation option or remove the needs all together.

Your app is very difficult to use and the parking metre numbers don’t come up on your map

Couldn’t access account. Attempted to reset password & no email sent. Errors. Emailed but gave me a separate email for Canada. No reply after one week (had to follow-up to initial email before getting a response). Cannot sign up another account as you can only have one phone number associated…. but now i cant reset it.

cannot open page, cannot login, and after downloading suddenly encounter error and the app shut down by itself. stupid. the parking machine also not working. that's why I downloaded the app. but the app is also garbage. this is a stupid game

I tried only one time for charging with Flowbird in the City of West Vancouver parking lot. I could charge my car only 1%. I don’t know how can I return the wallet to my credit card.
