Flowbird Parking & EV Charging

This app rarely works. The pin doesn’t display and you can’t get to the pay parking. You. An follow the direction and it still doesn’t work. It I get a ticket today July 9, 2024 520 Seymour st kamloops 2:45pm.

Ne fonctionne pas bien avec un IPhone, j’ai l’impression d’avoir un produit Bêta, plante dans raison et ne fournit pas assez d’informations sur les raisons qui empêche le bon fonctionnement.

I’m not sure why my city continues using this app. It is by far one of the buggiest apps I’ve ever used. Almost anything you try to do, you are faced with “flowbird. has encountered an error.” Try to make any changes to your saved vehicles, the app freezes. Try to sign into the app, get the above error.

So. Try to use the app - “flobird has encountered an error”. Over and over again. Change card. Same error. Over and over again. What kind of error? No idea. Garbage.

App doesn’t work! No parking meters show up. I just want to pay for parking. What does the zone code mean? App won’t load zones. Search be address still useless. Why can’t you just pay for a parking ticket!

Tried every way possible to pay for parking, just doesn’t work, couldn’t find the parking machine location in the app, ended up staying the car to avoid a ticket.

This app goes out of its way to make the on-boarding and payment process take as long as possible. It easily took me 3 times as long to use this app versus other similar apps or the meter, which I would have used if it wasn’t broken. No Apple Pay, manual credit card entry and slow response times, just use the meter on the street, it will be faster and won’t charge a convenience fee.

Zero customer service

This app is way too time consuming to figure out. You can simply type is the zone you are parked in without entering the location you are at. The location list is short and doesn’t even have an option for my city. I sat there for 30 minutes playing with the app to try and enter my details in order to pay.
