Registration for flowbird is free: just create your account via the app. Once you’ve created an account, you can park and pay for parking in any location that utilizes the flowbird app. Caution: flowbird is not available everywhere, please consult the list of eligible locations on our website.

Used it once for two day airport parking. My return flight was delayed. When I could check the app. My session had expired with no way of restarting it. The app only lets you start sessions in you current location. Several calls to support after 9 hours of waiting, I received a generic email. None of this would help me. Tripled Charged

I was triple charged. Twice on the app when it said my payment was unable to be processed so I went to the pay station to pay. That worked. Then come to find out the app took my money twice, so I paid for my 2 hour parking 3 times. Contacted customer service and they said after the transaction is complete there is nothing they can do. I contacted immediately as it was still pending in my account. Today all charged went through. Flowbird owes me a refund and are not willing to provide it as it said my payment by was unable to be processed yet they processed it. I have screen shots, their response and can show that the two parking charges don’t even show up in my account due to the error yet I was still charged. Be better Flowbird. Complaint made with the city of Minneapolis. I won’t stop until I am refunded the charges.

Payment Information Setup

Why do I have to wait until I park at a Flowbird parking zone in order to enter in my payment information? Apps should be easy and convenient. This is not. I don’t want to spend 15+ minutes sitting at my car entering information and hoping it will be accepted the first time.

Locations are wrong. Getting double charged at lots they manage.

Horrible, buggy app

The app only seems to work 10% of the time, with random crashes and vague error codes being very common.

The worst functioning app I’ve ever used

I went to another town 30 minutes away and they use this app for all their parking. The app wasn’t loading properly. I would click on buttons and nothing would happen. The delay of the few working parts was something I’ve never experienced before with any other app. Ultimately, I had to abandon parking because it wouldn’t work. I didn’t have 20 minutes to set up parking.

Over charging/auto renewable ng

Hello. I used this app today and my intentions were only to pay for 4 hours for which I even left before that. I am back in north New Jersey been hom when i got th notification that i have 11 minutes left and that I have been charged an extra $20 and change.

The machines are garbage

Put money into a machine and it didn’t give me a ticket. If I get a ticket I’ll just bill it to the company.

By far the worst parking app in our community

There are 4 or 5 different parking apps in our community, and as frustrating as that is, it’s not nearly as frustrating as seeing the “Flowbird” sign. This app is complete garbage. It straight up does not work. Every single time you pull up to a parking lot, there is a crowd of confused people trying to get the app to work properly, and they all just give up after 5 minutes and use the physical meter (or risk a ticket). The main problem is very simple, the app’s main function is fundamentally broken: it’s nearly impossible to select the correct parking location. It just straight up doesn’t work properly.

Completely broken with horrible functionality

Literally the worst App I’ve ever used. The functionality is horrible. I had to restart 15 times and was still unsuccessful. I needed up going into a store to get quarters since it was that broken.
