App works well but……

Great App, but once the FOC period ends the subscription prices are very high for a single user

Would give no stars if possible

my fluke FC won’t even connect to my iPhone 11. And yes it’s running all the latest updates etc etc it simply cannot find the test meter to connect to no matter how many times I try the button and the method given in the instructions.

Export reports causes the app to crash!

Would be great if it worked!

Here is a thought

Can you charge the batteries of ac mains on the new fc1664fc? Monitor the state of charge via the app? Tell me

Rubbish

Takes so long to connect that it’s a complete waste of time. Not even good enough for hobby use, let alone professional use in industrial environment.

Works well when it works!

Useful app (bar the excessive use of icons and lack of instruction manual - takes a bit of use and a few calls to technical to get used to where all the features are. But the biggest problem is the startup time - if it doesn’t open within a few seconds, it takes about ten minutes! Very awkward when you’re just explaining to a customer how good the kit is! This happens across two different devices (iPad and iPhone), both running the latest iOS.

Crashes and losses results

The app frequently crashes and I’ve not logged in a few days later to email my results and they have disappeared. This is highly embarrassing for a company like Fluke who are normally known for quality products. I have emailed fluke-info for a response.

Useless

Utter garbage of an App. The FC equipment itself is the quality you’d expect from Fluke, but the operation of the App is appalling. It’s simply does not work.... generating reports and even the email configuration is a complete nightmare. The App needs to be overhauled and Fluke needs to issue an apology to folks that purchased FC test equipment primarily for the FC functionality.

Dismal

Very sad to say, the end-to-end experience of the service is dismal. It still does not work despite months of technical support contacts, who now confirm that it will not work. Help is minimal and documentation sparse or irrelevant. The app is an object lesson in opacity and clearly has never been usability tested. The inability to even send a bitmap of the screen of my 125B ScopeMeter by email without either distorting it or reducing the resolution to the point of worthlessness is incredible. While I am delighted with my Fluke instruments, the app and software services are of a very poor standard. This system needs to be withdrawn, rethought and professional software development and human interface engineers brought in to do justice to the concept. This app is a stain on the reputation of the Fluke corporation.

Another dreadful version

This is the second time after an upgrade the can’t be opened. I have spent thousands on equipment from which I can’t retrieve data from. Come on fluke, get your s#*t together
