Holy WhiteTornado Batman!!!

My friend told me about the Fly Lady, and the app last week. I’m starting in the Kitchen zone- Holy Deep Clean. I am definitely loving the prompts, and I know that I’m going deeper than those, because my house needs it badly. I don’t want to burn out with it, so today I’m incorporating my gratitude journaling, as well as some crafting. 😊. Overall - thanks for the inspo- and fun methods for cleaning! - I appreciate how the zones are time limited, because I am skilled at procrastination! - I love the suggestions in the ‘routines of the day’, it keeps me mindful of my actions and what could be slight adjustments to my day.

I used to use fly lady way before there was a app I just found out end of Jan there app am so happy there an app now I been cleaning even more trying junk out cause of this app love it. Helps me

Weekly routines

Any chance of adding weekly routines? Also I Would like to add to routines and don’t seem to be able to do that.

Possibly going to save my sanity

I have heard about FlyLady off and on for a couple years now but didn’t understand what all the hype was about. Now I do. I am listening to “sink reflections” and am so excited! This seems completely doable and I think it may save my sanity. I just had our 6th child and in the last year we have moved, my father passed away, and to boot we homeschool so I really am never without my kids (which means there is always stuff to clean up and messes being made). I have been anxious, angry, and discontent for months now and it’s been taking a toll on my mental health and my relationships with my kids and my husband. I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and I’m ready to hit the ground running! Thank you and God Bless!

Good cleaning routine and easy to customize for the few tweaks I did want to make.

Not what it seems

Concept is average for anyone who owns a planner; they would be able to write and customize their own schedule - no need for this app. It’s frustrating you can’t change the room names or zone on the app - makes customization useless. The other issue I have (not related to the app); is I understand Flylady is an ardent Trump fan - I won’t support anyone in that camp. Removing this app.

Trying to listen…. The trials of a boomer…..

I enjoy listening to Fly Lady’s slight southern accent , I spent time with family in (southern Illinois as a child. Now I am married to a wonderful Canadian in Ontario! I sometimes have trouble finding recordings of FlyLady… I’m a boomer, not as good with technology as my daughters…. Where do I find her recordings reliably?
