Apps functions working very slow and Customer service unbelievable, never available trying from last 2 days

Bad application and no response to customers Whether by phone or through social networking sites تطبيق سيئ ولا يوجد اي رد على من قبل خدمة العملاء على مشاكل العميل لي اكثر من يوم ونصف مايردون علي سواء اتصال او مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي

Changed my seating before flight to be window seat on back row of aircraft, only to find out when I got there there was no window at all for these rows. You could at least give any sort of indication that this row has no window before people book.

Online support is absolutely useless. Waiting in a queue for over 30 minutes. Was 86 in queue when it started at 67 when it cut me off and asked me to start again. Terrible service.

العروض ليست مطابقة للواقع والأسعار مرتفعه جدا للرحلات الداخلية وهذي ليست المرة الاولى

Just booked a flight to coincide with my parents flight. Took payment, then updated with a flight 5hours later. I changed the flight 30mins after reviewing my booking but they still charged me 300SAR for the changes that were their fault 🤷🏽‍♂️

سهل جداً والبيانات واضحة وسريع في الحجز وكذلك ميزة جميله تقدر تعرف من خلال التطبيق الأيام والساعات والدقائق المتبقية عن الرحلة ….شكراً طيران ناس

Apps are supposed to make things easier, this app doesn’t do that, it’s easier to just get out of the house, ask people for directions to flynas office, walk there while asking people for directions every 2 minutes, get there, realize you forgot your wallet, go back, get your wallet, go back to the office, ask them what flights are available, book a ticket there and go home. It will definitely take less time doing that than trying to book a ticket through this app. PS: if people working at the flynas office are using the app to book tickets god help us all.
