التحديث الجديد فاشل الإصدار السابق افضل بكثير ودقيق في الحجز اما الجديد صعب أتعامل معه وغير دقيق في اتواريخ السفر

The application is not working properly and no response in the chat and they are not reachable … can’t make booking and can’t see my booking …

التحديث الاخير جداااا ممتاز

خطأ واضح بالتاريخ

حجز العوده بالخطأ بنفس اليوم ، للتعديل تطلبون رسوم امر سئ

للاسف انصحكم بحوكمة البلاغات والشكاوى لعملائكم بشكل جيد ومرضي

تسبب التحديث الجديد لي بخسارة المبلغ وذلك برفض اصدار التذكرة حتى تم اغلاق البوابة والموظف ايضاً رفض خدمتي رغم انني ابلغته بمشكلتي واتصلت على الرقم الموحد وايضاً شرحت لهم المشكلة ولكن لا مجيب ولا تعاون للأسف خدمة التبليغ في طيران ناس ليست بحجم المسمى ولا يوجد تعاون منهم للحل المنصف

بعد اختيار الوجهه والتواريخ والرغبه في المواصله لخيارت السفر يقوم النظام باخراجني والبدأ من جديد مع العلم اني قد حذفت التطبيق وانزلته ثاني مره واقفلت الجوال وشغلته وما زالت المشكلة افتونا مأجورين

I tried and tried for 2 years now, no success in completing the checkout process! App stops responding after the bank sends the process code. This is really unfortunate.
