Some features to look out for:
Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”.
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and center, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals.
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any FNB customer via a simple chat, all within FNB’s secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.
What is Pay?
We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.
What is Secure Messaging?
Chat to other FNB/RMB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

Such a bad app
This app is so unintuitive and hard to navigate. Oh my God, did a child make this app? I get spammed with all kinds of rubbish every time I log in, even though I've disabled EVERY SINGLE BUTTON in marketing, offers etc., which was super tedious to do. There is no "secure chat" option in messages, as you website says there is. Such rubbish, cancer on my phone that I'm forced to use due to your monopoly in SA on PayPal.

Old version was much better then new update Lots of loading issue and problem with user change
New UI looks very bad
Hi team, why you guys changed UI and my personal opinion it looks very bad and I am very disappointed. Old is gold always.
Face ID authentication
When are you planning to implement Face ID authentication?
Not good app
I tried to re-install the app on Iphone 11pro max and it just keeps loading but does not download
Battery hog
Good app but it drains between 6-8% after only a couple of minutes. It also heats the phone like crazy. Very poorly optimised app. Needs work.
