The FNB Banking App embraces the future of help and our new look and feel will do just that
Some features to look out for:

Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”.
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and center, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals.
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any FNB customer via a simple chat, all within FNB’s secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.

What is Pay?
We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.

What is Secure Messaging?
Chat to other FNB/RMB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

Slow & Laggy

I’m working on a iphone13 and the app is very slow. The FNB talk repeats itself. The app loads in and kicks me out again.

Zero Redeeming Qualities

This app is unstable, terrible user experience, barely works, and really what more could we expect from a Zambian banking app… Whom ever is responsible for this total flop needs to hang up their hat and come to terms with their complete inability to build anything technology enabled. Please get someone capable in.

Endlessly says business FICA required

Despite your staff agreeing all docs are verified. Seriously, fix your app. Also, why does the UI look so bad? Why not download the Revolut app to see how far behind FNB is.

Slow app

My app is slow on loading payee list

Previous interface was far better

This update seems to have gone backwards.

Bad user experience. It goes backwards with every update

Is anyone even testing all your features before a new release? I cant even accept a foreign payment. Takes me through all the steps then stuck at the last bit. I accept t&c but it keeps taking me back to previous screens. Every time you update your app, there are more clicks to get to where I want to be.

The Worst App On the Market

Where do I even begin? The app is full of bugs. The authentication process sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. I am logged but sometimes i am asked to login again. The app doesn’t even know when i am logged in. The secure chat doesn’t work. You cannot add or verify browsers because it doesn’t always pick them up. Other issues, the app is so slow. Sooo slow. Design flaws, the colours and the highlight prompts are reversed, so your attention is drawn to the wrong place on the screen. I’m tired of writing but there’s more for anyone wondering.
