Some features to look out for:
Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.
Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”.
Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and center, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals.
Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any FNB customer via a simple chat, all within FNB’s secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.
What is Pay?
We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.
What is Secure Messaging?
Chat to other FNB/RMB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

Joke of an app
There’s always something wrong with this app. You have to open it twice to load. Certain menus don’t load or are unavailable. Sometimes you have no choice but to click a finish button and it makes you start again. So tired of these issues. It’s been years like this. I’ve even reported a bug with either secure chat, has it been fixed? No. South African made at its finest.
Can’t log in on IOS with existing credentials for the banking app.
I am stuck at the username screen with a spinner that is continuously loading.

I don’t know if it’s my device but since I loaded app on my iPhone 16 there seems to be a problem with the response of the app, it loads but nothing happens. I have to keep pressing on the icons before it actually response. Please advice
