Taming the monkey mind
I was a little skeptical but this has been hugely helpful in keeping me on task, particularly in situations where I have some resistance to doing what needs to be done. Previously for some tasks, keeping my attention on the job was like trying to keep two magnets with like poles together.
More Tracks Please
Great little app. I use it often. Unfortunately I like only one channel which is Alpha Chill. I would give 5 stars if there were more tracks as I recognise everyone & hear them repeated multiple times if I’m working for a stretch.
