Been trying to reset my password for months never get any of the emails. Update: It’s a joke at this point. I sent you emails, and I’ve never gotten a response. Im done with this app. Over a year later and still no response

I originally made my account signing in with Apple, and it seems on a recent update they removed the option to sign in with third party apps. But it’s also impossible for me to use the same email address that was associated with my account to make a new account or create a new password so I can sign in using that email.

App is unusable. Can’t sign in, try to get password sent to me and it doesn’t ever come. No updates to app in 7 months. Waste of time! Shopping elsewhere…

App won’t work in store unless I turn off free wifi. Couldn’t login 98% of the time I tried to use the app. Finally gave up and had to create a new account so I could use the weekly coupons. Tried to reset the password numerous times but never received the password reset email, EVER! App needs some serious work to make it usable.

I dont get weekly flyers anymore so i just LOVE this app. When i go shopping i just call up the grocery list i made while looking at the online flyers and im guaranteed to never miss a deal at Food Basics again! All apps should be this easy!

Getting Host Error 521, unable to open app with coupons available when in store. Useless

Can’t get into the app. I sign in and it tells me that my email or password is incorrect so I request a password and it doesn’t send an email so I tried to create another sign in and it tells me that that account already exists. Literally getting nowhere app deleted.

No shopping list, so you can't load the sale items to a shopping list. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The app designers should take a look at the Shoppers Drug Mart app.

Can’t sign in, not receiving emails to reset password. Nothing works. So can’t use coupons, thanks Food Basics… No app update in 3 months! Waste of time!
