The delivery is super delayed and there is no one to contact. They assign the delivery to a courier called Fenix Express and they don’t even have a contact number to speak to, other than a WhatsApp automated chat. The delivery guy, despite of receiving location multiple times, keeps going to wrong location and asking the same question again and again. If I have given the correct address in the Footlocker App, why is it so difficult for you guys to coordinate with your courier???? Avoid at all costs. Never again!

I purchased online then on the next day it was canceled the reason was multiple Attempts to deliver we were unable to reach me! There was no communication from your side not even a single call or whatsapp msg about my order! Then the call center was trying to say maybe it was my signal! How the hell it was my signal it’s like dubai is a mountain areas that doesn’t have signal! Worst experience!!!

Dont try to return any item they will not process the refund immediately. tired following up with this customer service people that dont take action!

Kindly fix your forgot password. It seems not working at all! Even if i put the correct new password it’s still not recognized!
