Refunded without being asked
I made an online purchase yesterday from F21 app and after I paid the order i received a message stating that the transaction has been refunded i dont know why and i want my order now

Items can’t be shipping to your country!
The app looks amazing and it has great items also I like the promo code idea (thank you) but I can’t purchase anything!!! Cause it tell me one or more items can’t be shipping to your country please remove some items then I can’t find any icon or mark to know which item I should remove🤷🏻♀️ now I have to cancel a whole purchase cause I can’t replace the order:SS
